How to Confirm Your Email Address on the Hamoye Platform

In order to obtain access to utilize the Hamoye platform for activities such as accepting your course invitation and taking a course, you MUST confirm your email address via the email sent when you created your Hamoye account. Follow the steps below to enable to platform to resend a new confirmation to you:

  1. If you’re unable to find the original “Welcome to Hamoye” email in which you were asked to Confirm your email address, make a thorough search for the email address in all of your extra email folders; search in your Spam and promotional folders where you should find the email confirmation.

2. Open the email and click “CONFIRM ADDRESS” and you will be redirected back to the platform where you may now proceed to do other things like accept an invitation to a course, etc.

3. If the above steps do not work, and you cannot find the email confirmation, try updating your email address in the setting menu as shown below. Please note, that you would need to input a brand new email that is not associated with an existing Hamoye account, input your current password and click “save”. Doing this would prompt an “Email Confirmation” message, please check your email and proceed to Step 2 above to confirm your email.
